Auburn Hills Corporate Center – MI

Luna owns a major 150 acre industrial real estate development in Auburn Hills, Michigan through a company called Auburn Hills Corporate Center LLC. Since inception, Auburn Hills Corporate center has developed and constructed buildings for major tenants and sold improved land to companies such as Continental Teves and Home Depot.

Luna Properties – MI

Luna owns and manages The Luna Building which is an 80,000 square foot retail development in the Main Street District of Novi, Michigan. The Luna Building houses Luna Entertainment’s corporate offices. Luna Properties Novi acquired the building in December of 2000 and continues to ensure its tenants provide the most exciting options of retail choices for the local Novi community.

Native Green – MI

Luna has been an investor in the cleaning product company Native Green since 2010. Native Green is a minority owned, eco-friendly company that produces certified Green cleaning products. Native Green’s customer base currently includes the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, Federal Bureau of Prisons and the State of Virginia. Harlan Social – CT

Luna has partnered with renowned chef Stephen Lewandowski of Tribeca Grill in Manhattan to create a new culinary venture in Stamford, CT. This business supports the food and beverage needs of a growing community along the riverfront of Stamford. The development project is a mixed use residential, commercial, and retail area perfectly designed for an upscale dining and entertainment establishment. Harlan Social opened in the fall of 2012. Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons - MI

Luna provided the mezzanine financing of Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons in Traverse City, Michigan. This senior residential club is an exclusive year-round, luxury residential community designed for both independent seniors and those who require assistance. Cordia offers a host of private amenities, such as a health and wellness spa, a theater, pub, art studios, a rich educational and social program, and a good deal more. Cordia marks a milestone for the Village at Grand Traverse Commons, as it completes the restoration of the historic building that was built in 1885. With a total construction and renovation budget of $31 million, this project was completed and fully operational in the fall of 2014. High Sierra Anticline Disposal - WY

In 2002, Luna started Anticline Disposal LLC located on the Pinedale Anticline of Wyoming. Anticline Disposal LLC’s initial business was the process of evaporating water produced as a natural by-product of natural gas drilling. The company then developed a proprietary technology that converts water from natural gas production into a better-than-drinking water quality of water. Anticline gained the ability to process up to 60,000 barrels of water per day for frac recycle and up to 20,000 barrels per day for discharge into streams.

Timbers Club Resort - CO

Luna was an owner of the $100.0 million development called the Timbers Resort at Snowmass, a resort in Aspen, CO. The Timbers Club offers year-round accommodations and enjoyment. All phases of the Resort have been completed including townhouses and the main lodge, employee housing and two additional residential buildings. Located along the slopes of Snowmass, Colorado, the Timbers Club provides various recreational and cultural experiences among breath-taking surroundings. The website for the Timbers Club is below.
